Meriden’s passion for real estate and development is shaped by her grandfather’s career as a general contractor and residential developer as well as her parents’ background as real estate agents.
Earning her real estate license was a natural career step for Meriden, who grew up visiting building sites, walking through spec homes, and reviewing blueprints.

Despite living in one location my entire childhood, I have moved 7 times since graduating high school. I landed in Grand Rapids in 2014 with the intention of being here for 6 months before relocating. I loved it so much I never left.
In my spare time, you can find me on the golf course, planning my next travel adventure, relaxing at the lake with a book, or around town with my Mini Schnauzer Jaxon.
